Her work focuses on enabling responsible health data use, supporting compliant and ethical research, and strengthening trusted clinical research ecosystems. She brings expertise in clinical trial privacy strategy, health data governance, practical implementation of privacy frameworks, stakeholder engagement, ecosystem building, thought leadership, and market intelligence in complex, multi-country research environments.

Nael is a physician–executive and clinical research leader with more than 15 years of experience across academic medicine, healthcare systems and industry. His work focuses on building research ecosystems that advance clinical discovery, integrate AI and data science, and support the design and execution of complex clinical trial programs. He brings expertise in early-phase and interventional research, clinical trial operations, research governance, patient recruitment, and the development of compliant, patient-centred research models.
